These Terms govern your use of the MarrakechWave website and services. By using our site or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
MarrakechWave provides WhatsApp marketing setup, content creation, and related digital services through monthly subscription plans and one-time campaigns, as described on our website.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in Moroccan Dirham (MAD). Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis and may include a one-time setup fee. One-time campaigns are paid once. All payments are processed by Stripe.
Setup & delivery
After purchase we begin with a consultation and aim to have your system live within 7 days of that consultation, subject to receiving the information and access we need from you.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to comply with the policies of WhatsApp and Meta, and not to use our services for unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited (spam) messaging.
Cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the following period. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Intellectual property
Content and materials we create for you are licensed to you for your business use. Our website, brand, and underlying templates remain the property of MarrakechWave.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services with care but cannot guarantee specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarrakechWave is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
