Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with MarrakechWave. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our plans and campaigns.
Monthly plans
You can cancel your monthly plan at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable once work for that period has begun.
Setup fees
One-time setup fees cover work performed during onboarding and are non-refundable once setup has started.
One-time campaigns
If you cancel a one-time campaign before we begin work, you are entitled to a full refund. Once production has started, refunds are prorated based on the work completed.
How to cancel or request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@marrakechwave.com. We'll confirm your request within 24 hours.
Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
